TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING
The client must confirm booking in writing at least 24 hours before the agreed start date and time of job.
CANCELATIONS
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. a fee of half the agreed rate will apply for cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed start date and time of job. A fee of £50 will apply if the job is to be rescheduled.
RETOUCHING
Retouching is normally included in the rates for install views/artwork documentation with a clean wall/site — this excludes major manipulation that requires compositing or very bespoke retouching. In the event a shoot will require major manipulation with retouching, the service will be costed on an hourly basis and is only undertaken after a discussion with the client.
DELIVERY
Images will be delivered in 2 working days (Monday - Friday). Images can often be expedited with Overnight Rush Delivery for next day but any necessity for expedited delivery should be discussed and agreed two weeks in advance before the scheduled shoot. In the event that the final images are lost and need to be re-delivered, the client is liable to pay a reprocessing fee of £50 and £30 per hour retouching as required.
USE OF IMAGES
M8R8S Studio permits unlimited usage of all commissioned images to the client. Ownership and copyright of all commissioned images remain with the photographer unless otherwise specified. Usage of images is a courtesy of the client after approval of commissioned images. The photographer or M8R8S Studio must be credited where appropriate
EXPENSES
The client is liable for any travel expense incurred and/or any special equipment hire costs as required
